Cancel anytime from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded, but you keep access.
Because Lifetime plans deliver proprietary source code immediately, they are non-refundable once repository access is granted — mirroring standard industry practice for delivered software licenses. If repository access was never granted or provisioning failed, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
If Vigil demonstrably fails to perform its core function (scanning + verification) for 7+ consecutive days on an eligible target and we cannot fix it, we refund the affected month pro-rata.
